The Kobayashi family, who runs the family, has a long history, and the current head is the 13th generation.

The menu includes meals such as a set of soba and persimmon leaf sushi, and sweetness such as zenzai and warabimochi, making it ideal for a break while walking around town.

Well water, which was once used as brewing water when brewing sake, still springs up and is also used for cooking.

Coffee and matcha brewed in well water have a refreshing taste.
