長野公園(Nagano Park)

Tourist attractions

Located at the foot of Mt. Kongo, which is called the roof of Osaka, it is a prefectural park consisting of five districts: Nagano, Kanshinji, Kawai-ji, Enmei-ji, and Amanosan.

The entire area is included in Kongo Ikoma National Monument, and there is a rich forest of red pine trees and cedar trees.

The Amanosan area is about 5.4km southwest of Kawachinagano on the Nankai-Koya Line and Kintetsu-Nagano Line, and is right next to the Nankai Bus Amanosan, where you can enjoy forest bathing and bird watching.

In addition, Gyoki was built in the Nara period, and there are also the ancient temple Amanosan Kongo-ji Temple known as “Woman Takano Amano Gyoki”, a tourist farm, and the Kansai Cycle Sports Center.

In spring, the Nagano area with beautiful cherry blossoms, the Kawaiji area where about 5,000 hydrangeas bloom, the Enmeiji area known as a famous maple area, and the Kanshinji / Maruyama area with a spectacular view are all attractive.
