The Isaka Sake Brewery is said to have been created in 1818 (the first year of Bunsei).
The basic brand of Isaka Sake Brewery is “Miwa Fuku”, which is named after Nara Miwa Shrine, which is known as the god of sake.
I have won the “Gold Award” at the National New Sake Appraisal.
“Senshu” is a region in the southern part of Osaka that is famous all over the country for its exciting “Danjiri” festival.
The origin of the place name is that “a spring springs”.
Literally, it is blessed with water, and delicious local sake that has cultivated a climate and history from ancient times is brewed. (Alcohol content: 18 degrees)
It is also famous for the Hanshin Tigers sake called “Grated Rokko”.
Sake is sold at Isaka Sake Brewery, retail stores in Kishiwada City, Kaizuka City, and Izumi City, and Takashimaya (Sakai City, Osaka Namba).
For other liquor acquisition methods, please contact Isaka Sake Brewery directly. (A reservation is required for the sake brewery tour.)
I introduced it briefly, but when you actually come to the site, you can experience the history and tradition more concretely with the locals.
