There is a history museum in Ikeda, Osaka, where you can learn more about the origins of instant noodles and consume about 100 billion meals a year worldwide.

Inside the hall, there is a lot of surprises and fun, such as a reproduction set of the research hut that invented instant noodles, an exhibition room where you can learn the history of birth, a ramen tunnel with about 800 kinds of packages, and a cup noodle drama theater!

At the attached My Cup Noodle Factory, you can make only one original cup noodle in the world.

Design the cup freely with a pen, and choose your favorite soup from 4 kinds and 4 toppings from 12 kinds.

When completed, pack it in a bag and take it home.

There are also regional cup noodles and Hiyoko-chan goods, and you can get nice souvenirs.

I introduced it briefly, but when you actually come to the site, you can experience the history and tradition more concretely with the locals.
