A pickle specialty store that sells lightly pickled vegetables that make the best use of the ingredients, with the theme of “pickles that can be eaten like a salad.”
Most of the vegetables used are local vegetables such as Kashihara City and Asuka Village.
About 15 to 20 kinds of products are always lined up, and we have a lineup of seasonal products such as cucumbers, eggplants, white vegetables, bamboo shoots in spring, corn in summer, and persimmons in autumn.
The water used to make pickles is the water of Kawakami Village, Nara Prefecture, which is the birthplace of the husband and is known as a rich water source.
As a souvenir, pickled vegetables that are fresh and have a crispy texture.
