A hearty Western lunch.
Lunch includes today’s soup, seasonal colored salad, rice or homemade bread.
The feature of this lunch is that the volume of salad is amazing.
There are many kinds of vegetables, and there are plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables such as bitter melon, radish, tomato, broccoli, and eggplant.
Until the food comes, while having the salad and soup
Your stomach will be quite bloated.
The main is Tosa Akaushi’s beef cutlet.
Since it’s beef cutlet, I thought it was covered with demiglace sauce, but other than that, it’s just as it is.
Served with port wine sauce.
When I try to eat it, the taste of the meat is firm.
The meat is a little firm and chewy, but the expression of chewing is perfect.
Another characteristic demiglace sauce, the hamburger is full of gravy.
Since there are no thorns in the taste of the sauce, the taste of the gravy is not completely erased, and the seasoning is well harmonized.
Above all, the white rice was glossy and very delicious even though it was a Western-style restaurant！
I introduced it briefly, but when you actually come to the site, you can experience the history and tradition more concretely with the locals.
