“Successful man” made by the only female Mori in the prefecture.
Imai-cho used to have several sake breweries because the water that springs from the wells is of good quality, but now only Kawai Sake Brewery remains.
Founded in the middle of the Edo period, it has been popular under the name of “Jobonjiya”.
The representative brand is “Successful Man”, which was named with the dreams, romance, and hope of men in the Showa period.
Because of its auspicious name, it is also appreciated as a gift.
Among them, this brew is a long-selling signboard product.
It’s a little dry and has a nice drink.
You can also visit the main building designated as an important cultural property.
I introduced it briefly, but when you actually come to the site, you can experience the history and tradition more concretely with the locals.
